This inspiring space is actually almost two homes in one. Our clients wanted something contemporary, but also warm; an inviting home with an open floor plan, and yet a more private feel too. Capturing both concepts within one space involved a layout with almost no walls, balanced by warm and tactile materials, like the double height wall of travertine at the foyer that is also mirrored on the fireplace. The bedrooms are situated on the lower levels, in order to take advantage of the amazing views above. Perhaps, our favorite feature of this home is the multi-functional kitchen that feels very contemporary when closed, and yet homey when all of the cabinets are open and in use.
